mirrorball’s proprietary optics allow determination of antibody-antigen interaction in the presence of a fluorescent tracer. This means that such interactions can be studied at equilibrium so that antibodies with low affinity or high rates of dissociation are not missed, as is the case for ELISA and flow cytometry.
